The Anthem Community Council (ACC) serves as a unifying entity for the overall Anthem AZ community.

The mission of the Anthem Community Council is to establish and maintain a governing structure which will preserve, protect and enhance the plans, policies, infrastructure, and resources needed to support a sense of community, ensure sound economic development, and promote a quality of life for all Anthem residents.
Vision | Anthem AZ HOA
The ACC shall be a catalyst for the creation of community enhancement structures and programs while developing partnerships and programs with surrounding areas that enhance the region for the greater good of Anthem residents and business development. The ACC will encourage inclusiveness and interaction between and among Anthem residents and generate, enhance, and preserve a genuine sense of community. It will be a resource of social trust, norms, and support systems that citizens can draw upon to advance common objectives.
Anthem Country Club Community Association | Anthem AZ HOA
The Anthem Country Club Community Association (ACCCA) was established in 1999 along with the community of Anthem, by Master Plan Developer Del Webb. The ACCCA manages 2,866 homes for more than 6,000 residents of the Anthem Country Club community who enjoy the amenities of two club houses, two lap pools, a private restaurant, and two 18-hole championship golf courses , all situated within the splendor of the lush north Valley desert and Daisy Mountain beyond.
Anthem Parkside Community Association | Anthem AZ HOA
The Anthem Parkside Community Association (APCA) was established in 1999 along with the community of Anthem, by Master Plan Developer Del Webb. The APCA manages 7,031 homes for nearly 20,000 residents who enjoy close proximity to the many Anthem AZ amenities including a 63-acre Community Park, 32 Neighborhood Parks (aka “Pocket Parks”), a waterpark, trails and pathways, and all the amenities a family-friendly community enjoys, all situated within the splendor of the lush north Valley desert and Daisy Mountain beyond.
Anthem AZ HOA Fees
2017 Anthem Community Council/HOA quarterly assessment amounts:
Payments are due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October.
- Country Club – $445.50* ($148.50/month plus ClubCorp dues)
- Landings at Parkside – $313.35 ($104.45/month)
- Parkside & Arroyo Grande – $253.95 ($84.65/month)
- Paseo at Parkside – $372.45 ($124.15/month)
- Village Condominiums – $885.50 ($295.17/month)
